What has your involvement with DEID looked like?
I am on the Design and Construction teams for the EIA Bolivia project.
Why are you a part of DEID?
Having grown up in a country impacted by frequent, large earthquakes, I am interested in seeking ways to implement safe, accessible infrastructures. DEID has been providing me with the resources to learn and explore in real-life settings outside of class. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other DEID members and professional engineers.
What you are most excited for about your project or DEID?
Seeing the constructed bridge in use!
