Duke Box

Duke’s Box is your cloud-based storage and collaboration service at Duke. It serves all Duke University students. With Box, you can access, store, and share content securely with Duke and non-Duke users – anywhere, anytime, on any device.


Dukeblue is a secure wireless network which uses authentication to protect your Duke NetID and password, and to ensure your data and transactions are secure. It provides encrypted transmission of data, meaning information cannot be intercepted while it is in transit between laptops or phones, and Duke’s mail network.


The DukeMobile app now has interactive campus navigation. Get all the best information about Duke using the menu. The DukeMobile app is available for Apple and Android wherever you download apps.

Duke Software for Students

Duke negotiates with vendors to make software available to the Duke community for discounted rates or, in many cases, for free.


Duo is a service you use for multi-factor authentication. Register a device with Duo, and then choose one or more methods by which to authenticate.


The ePrint system enables students to print from computers and devices to hundreds of print stations throughout campus. You need to have the ePrint client software (link is external) installed on your computer.

Internal Directory

The Duke internal directory is your electronic phone book for Duke students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. Open to users on the Duke network as well as NetID users off campus, the internal directory provides information like addresses, phone numbers, Duke Unique IDs, and NetIDs.

LinkedIn Learning

Duke students can access the entire LinkedIn Learning online training library anytime, anywhere.

Microsoft Software Access

Through an agreement with Microsoft, the Engineering Masters Students and Faculty can access a suite of Microsoft Products not available to the broader Duke Community.


Create surveys, polls, questionnaires and forms using advanced and easy-to-use survey software. You can quickly sign-up for a Qualtrics account at no-cost using your Duke credentials.


Duke Sakai connects students and faculty at Duke to support teaching and learning activities.


Use Zoom to meet using video, voice, and screen sharing with colleagues across the campus or around the world. Zoom is available automatically for Duke University students.
