12Twenty is the Engineering Master’s internship and employment database. Students may access detailed career outcomes including:

  • compensation data
  • offer timeline information
  • insights on top employers and roles

For a historical view, check out our Tableau visualization. This resource is updated once a year and provides information about graduate outcomes beginning with 2011.

Create an account

If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be prompted to complete these steps:

  • Sign up using your Duke email address (try first.last@duke.edu or netid@duke.edu)
  • You will be prompted to create a password to access the site the first time

After that, you may log in with your created credentials to access the platform.

How to use 12Twenty

  1. Login & Click “Job IQ Explorer” 
  2. Select “Internship” or “Post-Graduation” depending on the data you’re seeking
  3. Explore data using filters most relevant to you. Here are just a few filtering options:
    • Employer
    • Job Title
    • Base Salary
    • Industry
    • Location (including city, state, region, and country)

💡Pro Tip: Stay with the Duke Engineering – Master’s Programs Data + US Schools, the Canadian and European schools aren’t an option right now.
