Chris is a Third Year MDiv Student who is pursuing certificates in Food, Faith, and Environmental Justice; Faith-Based Organizing and Advocacy; Theology, Medicine, and Culture, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Chris joins us with experience in non-profit development. Before Duke, he completed the Faith-based nonprofit leadership program at Wake Forest and served in a number of education nonprofits. He currently serves as a Grant Writer for the Ormond Center at Duke, as part of the development team for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and as the national Chapter/Hub Coordinator for Americas Future (AF), as well as their local chapter leader in Raleigh. Chris has also served on the editorial board for the Faith and Ecology journal of Yale University and as a fellow with Creation Justice Ministries.
