Saundarya Pathak

Saundarya has one philosophy: the best way to experience anything is to truly become part of it.
With a background in Computer Science and experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon Web Services, she is someone who never does anything halfway. And Duke has been no different, as a first-year MEM student, she has fully thrown herself into everything Duke has to offer.
At Duke, she wears a few hats and loves every single one of them. She works on amplifying the MEM community as Social Media Lead and member of the Communications & Website Team, advocates for students as part of the Pratt Student Advisory Board, and supports her peers as a Teaching Assistant in Management. Anushka Gulhane

Anushka Gulhane is a Master of Engineering Management candidate at Duke University, where she is shaping her path as a thoughtful, people-centered product and strategy leader. She completed her B.Tech in Information Technology at CCEW, Pune, and is a published IEEE researcher, a journey inspired by a mindset her father nurtured early on: always ask why.
Before Duke, Anushka worked as a Product Analyst at Citigroup, where she built a strong technical foundation and discovered that her true passion lies in making technology feel simple, intuitive, and supportive for the people who use it.

Chandrapraban Udhayana Kumar is a Master’s student in Engineering Management at Duke University with a background in Mechanical Engineering. Pratham Sharma

Pratham brings a unique mix of product experience, entrepreneurship, and storytelling to the MEM community. Before joining Duke, he worked as a Product Manager, co-founded a climate tech startup, and was twice featured on the Times Square billboard in New York for his impact as a mentor. He has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Study Abroad Mentors in the U.S., helping thousands of students achieve their goals. Most recently, Pratham interned as a Product Marketing Manager, where he deepened his passion for connecting products with people through clear and compelling narratives.
At Duke, Pratham works directly with MEM Leadership team on strategic initiatives to elevate the program’s brand and student experience. He also serves as a Pratt Peer Leader, supporting graduate students through emotional well-being and mental health initiatives, and represents Pratt on the University Judicial Board as a member at the Duke President’s office.

Rishabh Venkatraman

Rishabh Venkatraman is a Master of Engineering Management student at Duke University with a background in Computer Science and Design. During his undergraduate studies, he built DEVS REC, his college’s first interdisciplinary tech community, scaling it from the ground up to over 2,500 members and hosting 40+ workshops and events that fostered collaboration, breaking departmental silos and enabling student leadership on campus.
Professionally, Rishabh has worked at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy during his internships. As a UX Designer at Infinite Sum Modelling, he designed the end-to-end User Experience for a custom trade analytics dashboard application for the United Nations FAO, leveraging Generative AI to accelerate prototyping. As a Business Analyst and Project Manager for a regional airline in India, he led a nine-member engineering team to deliver an employee travel management portal under Agile execution.
He is also a two-time founder, co-founding WeDigiStudio, a tech and media solutions firm serving clients from boutique businesses to large manufacturers, and building a marketplace aggregating rental product outlets across Southern India.

Vedhant Sriram

Vedhant Sriram is a Master of Engineering Management graduate student from Chennai, India. He earned his Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2024. Despite his technical background, he decided to pivot into cross-functional management roles where he could directly be a part of designing products that solves pressing pain points.
Working in startups based out of India like “Vakilsearch” and “PickyourTrail” showed him the world of Product Management, where he was entrusted with owning data-driven business decisions, managing diverse teams and aligning multiple stakeholders together. Keerthana Nageswara is a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) graduate student at Duke University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and spent over three plus years at Collins Aerospace (Raytheon Technologies), where she worked on advanced structures and manufacturing programs supporting commercial aerospace systems.

Anoushka Kurthukoti Ameet

Anoushka started her journey with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Before starting off Engineering Management at Duke, she spent time at two different companies exploring both tech and non tech roles and these roles helped her identify a passion for the intersection of technology and management, which is why she is now focusing on Product Management and Consulting. As a first year student, she has already jumped into the Duke community through the MEM Vibe Coding Club and the Women in Product group.
Beyond the classroom, she is a huge believer in the power of a good story. Leadership and communication have always been a big part of her life. She spent five years with Toastmasters, serving as both President and Vice President, and was honored as Toastmaster of the Year in 2024. Her passion for communication extends to her life as an avid reader. Whether it is professional development or fiction, she is constantly learning through books. Before joining Duke, Rishabh completed his undergraduate degree at Delhi Technological University (DTU) and went on to spend over two years as a Senior Product Analyst at Sprinklr, where he led AI-powered chatbot development and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions for Fortune Global 500 clients. Additionally, he interned at Ernst & Young and Paytm during his undergrad. I am currently a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) student at Duke University. Yaseer Meera

Yaseer Meera is from Mysore, India, and studied Aerospace Engineering as an undergraduate. He is now pursuing his master’s in engineering management (MEM) at Duke University. Throughout his time at Duke, Yaseer has embraced many different roles and opportunities. He worked as an Operations Supervisor with Duke Recreation, which matched his love for sports, served as a Resident Assistant in Randolph and Blackwell dorms, and contributed to research at the Fuqua School of Business. Each of these experiences has helped him grow as a leader and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Yaseer is especially interested in consulting and project management. His interest began when one of his favorite community spots in his hometown was at risk of closing, and he pitched in to design a marketing strategy and organize events to help revitalize it. Saakshi Satija

Duke has not only strengthened my interest in product management but has also challenged me to think more deeply about the kind of impact I want to create. I am currently pursuing my Master of Engineering Management at Duke University, specializing in Product Management. With a foundation in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, I was trained to understand how systems function over time. I realized I care just as much about how they influence people, decisions, and opportunity.

Shubham Tibrewal is focused on AI, Strategy and Innovation to positively impact lives across the globe. He previously earned a Dual Degree in Biological Engineering with a Minor in Economics from IIT Madras and cleared CFA Level 1.
Professionally, Shubham has worked as a Product Manager and a Founding Member in Fintech and AI, where he led and executed user segmentation and engagement strategies that enabled users to perform their first Mutual Fund investment and secure their financial future. Additionally, he was an active part of the AI ecosystem in India, where he built AI products to simplify travel research. At Duke, he is focused on upskilling in AI, Strategy, Sales and Execution Chops to become a well-rounded professional.
Outside the classroom, Shubham loves watching anime and meeting new people from around the world. He enjoys intellectually stimulating conversations around any topic that challenge his thinking and expand his horizons. As a Duke MEM Ambassador, he wants to help students make the most out of their time and fully embrace learning and growth opportunities offered by the program.
