Immediately following the reception, transit and seating in Page Auditorium will commence. Please ensure you arrive at Page Auditorium on time to ensure a smooth and timely ceremony.

At the conclusion of the welcome reception, graduates will line up outside Page Auditorium wearing their full graduation apparel. A staff member will then guide them to the check in at the Box Office Room where they will pick up their name card (this is the card the speaker will receive to each announce name as graduates walk across the stage). Graduates: DO NOT LOSE THAT CARD, it will be your ticket to walk across the stage. After checking, graduates will go immediately downstairs to be seated. Staff will be directing students to the correct section.

* Seating for family and friends is general admission.

The ceremony will begin with some brief messages and then graduates will be escorted to the stage where their name will be called, and a graduation photo will be taken. After the closing remarks, music will begin to play, and students will formally recess out of the auditorium.
