The journey through your MEM experience will no doubt be one that is extraordinary and transformational. As part of that process, handling stress, challenges, and sometimes failure while being able to bounce back with resiliency is something that is also a true learning experience. It is important to stay true to your authentic self in this process and to take care of your health and wellness during your time here.
You are not going through this journey alone. Your peers, faculty and the staff are here to support you, so please reach out should you feel you need some support.
