Fall 2025 Registration Dates
- March 24, 2025: Shopping Carts open for returning students at 12am EST
- Wednesday, April 2, 2025 : Registration begins for returning MEM students at 7am EST
- June 9-13, 2025: Departmental Mass Cohort Registration for incoming MEM students (subject to change)
- Monday, June 16, 2025: Elective registration begins for incoming MEM students at 7am EST (students may register for up to 2 three-credit electives in DukeHub).*
- Monday August 18-Friday August 25, 2025: Orientation week
- Monday, August 25, 2025: Fall 2025 Semester classes begin
- Friday, September 5, 2025 Drop/Add ends at 11:59pm EST (all Fall 2025 class schedules must be finalized)
**After the drop/add deadline has passed, Master of Engineering Management students must request a course withdrawal if they no longer wish to take an elective. Withdrawn courses will appear on the permanent transcript as a withdrawal (W). A student seeking a course withdrawal should meet with their academic advisor or coordinator to discuss.
“Withdrawing” from a course is different from “dropping” a course. When you drop a course, you can do so yourself through DukeHub during the drop/add period. Courses dropped before the drop/add deadline will not appear on your transcript.
*MEM students beginning the program in Fall 2025 may begin registering for Fall 2025 electives in DukeHub on June 16, 2025. (This is to allow time for incoming students to be assigned to a cohort and pre-enrolled in required courses.) Detailed instructions will be communicated by the MEM Academic Coordinators.
Registration holds will be removed at 7am on Monday, June 16th, 2025.
