Create 3D object

Create .stl file:

• FreeCAD: similar to autoscad, with python, povray interfaces
• Openscad: scripting language
• Blender:

• Print 3D tomography using 3DSlicer (need to convert reconstructed images into DICOM), see this Tutorial, Marching cubes is the basic algorithm (find neighboring voxel, draw surfaces, expand, etc.)
