Virtual Machines of Windows or Linux system
- For any IT relevant support (hardware, software, internet, etc.), please email IT service desk (3665-7100) with a brief description. IT will follow up with a ticket number and someone assigned to the request.
- For software, please login ‘software.duke.edu’ with netID and download (Note that not all software there are available).
- Small devices such as external hard-disks can be ordered directly following the reimbursement process (Important: contact other members in the group for the protocol).
