IT settings

A list of computers in CDL and their locations;

Virtual Machines of Windows or Linux system

  1. For any IT relevant support (hardware, software, internet, etc.), please email IT service desk (3665-7100) with a brief description. IT will follow up with a ticket number and someone assigned to the request.
  2. For software, please login ‘software.duke.edu’ with netID and download (Note that not all software there are available).
  3. Small devices such as external hard-disks can be ordered directly following the reimbursement process (Important: contact other members in the group for the protocol).
