Linux training available online

Tux, the Linux mascot (from Wikipedia)

Linux is an open-source operating system used for many computer science and research computing applications and is also a prerequisite for some higher level computing courses at Duke.

The Innovation Co-Lab has curated a no-cost Introduction to Linux online course using the Lynda.com online training modules. The complete course is approximately 4.5 hours taught in five modules.

The Duke community can access this course anytime, on-demand using your Duke NetID and password. Go here to connect: https://extend.duke.edu/courses/course-v1:InnovationCoLab+996010+2017/about

If there are questions about the course, please contact the Innovation Co-Lab at colab@duke.edu.
