Presenters: Steve Toback, Senior Manager, Interactive Technology Services (ITS) – OIT with ITS Team:  Todd Stabley, Tom Freeland & Jack D’Ardenne

OIT’s Interactive Technology Services will present information on their digital media

programs that you can make available to your customers to help them do their work more effectively. Topics to include:

  • DukeCapture Mobile: Taking recording out of the classroom to create training materials, learning modules or student presentations anywhere you have a computer and microphone.
  • Adobe Connect Web Conferencing: Create interactive meeting rooms with up to 100 participants to share audio, video and content with interactive whiteboard and chat for use in education, technical support or departmental meetings.
  • Cisco Movi Software Based Video Conferencing: Enabling connection to any of Duke’s Cisco TelePresence and many hardware video conferencing systems as well as participation in multi participant conferences from your personal computer.

Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment.  Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A.  No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.  NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
