Microbiome Research-in-Progress Seminar Series
This monthly seminar series spotlights the research ongoing within the Duke Microbiome Center. Scheduled for the third Friday of each month both in-person and via Zoom.
Microbiome Office Hours
Twice monthly office hours to support the dynamic needs of the DMC research community. This event is scheduled for first and third Friday of each month from 1:30pm-2:30pm in the Medical Science Research Building III (conference room 4122).
Resources and Research Cores within DMC
The Duke Microbiome Center (DMC) offers services in genomics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics through collaboration as well as shared resource services. DMC also offers other research resources including gnotobiotic animal models, sequencing, and consultation on experimental design/grant preparation.
DMC Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Working Group
Digital and in-person forum for researchers to discuss biostats/bioinformatics problems, share resources/knowledge, and build collaborative networks with others using these tools.
