Join IHI for a case-based discussion on the importance of QI and the application of Six Sigma and other management models in healthcare led by Dr. Alicia Clark and Dr. Kevin Shah. Attendees will also be taken on a brief tour of key areas of the hospital.
Note: Non-health professions students will benefit most from this session. We will have an equivalent Fuqua/business edition for health professions students later in the semester.
