To access your email via the web, visit mail.duke.edu and select “Office 365” from the list.
You have the ability to change how your name is displayed within email. This can be changed by going to: http://oit.duke.edu/selfservice, under the Manage Your Email section.
Creating an alias
You have the option of having an easy-to-remember email@example.com alias. You can have up to two full name aliases active simultaneously. Please note that Duke University reserves the right to revoke any alias. You can update your current alias or add an additional one by going to: http://oit.duke.edu/selfservice, and clicking on Manage Directory Listings.
