We work to identify and address issues related to inclusion, diversity, equity, justice, and anti-racism that affect graduate students and Duke Biology at large. Our primary stakeholders are the graduate students, but we recognise the ways in which different groups intersect and in which we are all members of the same community. As such, our work hopes to benefit members beyond graduate students—a rising tide lifts all boats.
