Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment.  Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A.  No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.  NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.

Data and GIS Services announces its Fall 2013 Workshop series.  Workshops cover data management, digital mapping, data visualization, spatial humanities, statistics, and text analysis.  Popular sessions include:  Analysis with R, Top 10 Dos and Don’ts for Charts and Graphs and Introduction to Text Analysis. Upcoming MATLAB Training at Duke

On Tuesday, June 18, OIT in partnership with Duke University Libraries will host a one-day course on MATLAB that focuses on using this software for Data Processing and Visualization.
