Lentivirus

Please ensure that your laboratory has the appropriate rDNA registration and Biosafety SOPs for working with lentivirus. The Principal Investigator of your lab is responsible for the safe handling of lentiviruses or lentiviral vectors  once they leave our facility. If necessary, you can register rDNA materials and SOPs with the Duke Institutional Biosafety Committee: https://www.safety.duke.edu/biological-safety/recombinant-dnaviral-vectors
