Shanmugam on the topic “Is the Supreme Court “Illegitimate?” Kannon, a partner at Paul, Weiss D.C. and chair of the firm’s Supreme Court and appellate litigation practice, will be addressing the recent criticisms of the Supreme Court and analyzing the perceived legitimacy of the Court.
