    • The application includes demographic information and a prompt that can be answered in video/audio/art/interview/essay format, your choice!

    • The application includes forms. You must sign a Consent for Participation. You and your parents/guardians must sign a liability, emergency medical care, and media release waivers. Forms can be signed using a finger on mobile or a mouse on computer.

  2. Application and recommendation form must be submitted by February 21, 2022

  3. All 10-12th grade Latinx students in Durham, NC are eligible to apply!
