Lynwood Roberson became director of development of the Soil Health Institute in 2024. An experienced fundraiser and non-profit executive, Lynwood’s experience with donor engagement, recruitment and retention as well as board development have been pivotal to the growth and success of the nonprofit organizations he has led during his 30-year career, which include Boys & Girls Clubs, American Red Cross, and the Edgecombe Community College Foundation. Lynwood holds a B.S. in Justice and Public Policy from North Carolina Wesleyan University. He has also holds certificates from the Duke Center for Non-Profit Management.
