Julie is a North Carolina native and a lifelong advocate of the dignity and value of every human life. She has worked in Education, Government, Political Leadership, and Public Service. Julie earned her B.A. in History from Bryan College in Dayton, TN in 1995 and an M.Ed. in Special Education/Learning Disabilities from Elon University in 2000. She has extensive experience in grassroots organization, party leadership, public speaking, and policy, and also advises candidates at the local, state, and federal levels. Julie currently serves as the South Regional Director of Government Affairs for Human Coalition, one of the largest pro-woman, pro-life organizations in the nation. She also serves on the Locke Foundation Board of Directors and is the Vice Chairman of the Alamance Community College Board of Trustees.
