Chester B. Williams is an educator and community leader from Enfield, NC. He holds a BS in Mathematics and a BFA in Professional Theatre from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, and a Master’s in Mathematical Physics from Indiana University. With over 10 years of experience in education across Indiana, Virginia, and North Carolina, Williams also earned a Nonprofit Management Certification from Duke University. As Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of A Better Chance A Better Community (ABC2), he works to uplift rural communities by connecting youth with resources and opportunities. Through ABC2, Williams manages a two-acre community garden that provides fresh produce for the Food Sovereignty Program and supports initiatives like Teen Unity Summits. He is a committed partner to various organizations and serves on several boards, believing in the power of collective engagement for community health
