Benton Moss serves as President and CEO of Simmons & Harris, Inc., a full-service real estate company in Rocky Mount. Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Benton played baseball professionally for five seasons in the Tampa Bay Rays system. He was a Morehead Cain scholar at UNC Chapel Hill and graduated with degrees in Economics and Business Administration (Finance). Moss currently serves on the Rocky Mount Housing Authority board, the Nash County Board of Adjustments, the Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce Board, the UNC Health Nash Foundation board,
and the Downeast Partnership for Children Board.
