Born in Gaston, NC move to Richmond, VA. 1993 graduate of Armstrong High School. Founder B2M 2016 became 501c3 nonprofit in 2019. Boys2MenInc (B2M) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2016 by Alvin Arrington. B2M aims to dilute the negative influences and violence -prevalent in communities by providing positive alternatives and mentorship to at-risk youth.

Through educational and recreational programs, hands-on workshops, male mentorship, and scholarships, B2M empowers young men to build strong foundations for their futures and create better opportunities for themselves and their communities.
