Brian Scott – Brian Scott is the Executive Director of OurJourney, a North Carolina statewide reentry nonprofit organization. Brian spent twenty years in prison and realized upon release that too many returning citizens fall through the gaps, which is why he founded OurJourney. Specializing in communication and organization, Brian uses these skills, combined with his passion for giving back, to bring people together for the purpose of providing reentry support to our returning citizens, with the ultimate goal to have a positive affect on the cycle of recidivism in North Carolina, which has a direct
impact on community safety.
