Learning & Organization Development is proud to announce the launch of our HR Certificate Program! The Strategic Partners in Business program is targeted toward current HR specialists and generalists serving in any HR discipline. With approval from an HR entity leader, it is also open to high-potential HR professionals who are interested in moving into an HR career.

The goal of the program is two-part:
1. It explores strategies that enable the HR professional to shift mindsets from being solely tactical to more strategic in order to better address the emerging needs of the organization.
2. It provides best practice and Duke specific knowledge in four(4) HR disciplines to increase knowledge outside of the professional’s HR specialty.

Program requirements:
* Complete two(2) core courses – “The HR Business Partner” and “Finding the Strategy in HR Analytics”
* Complete at least two(2) HR discipline sessions: “Talent Development”; “Total Rewards”; “Employee Relations”; “Talent Acquisition”
