Please join us every third Thursday for the monthly Endpoint Management Meeting. Our regular agenda items include:
– Patches and Security updates for OSes and Apps in use at Duke
– Windows management concerns (including Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune)
– macOS management concerns (including Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager)
– Cross-platform management tools (including BigFix and CrowdStrike)
– Support tools (including ScreenConnect and Planisphere)
– Open discussion (including… whatever you want to talk about!)
Reminder: This meeting is the place for broader, high-level announcements and discussions that impact the entire University. If you have a specific question regarding something that you’re seeing in your environment, please report it to OIT Device Engineering via ServiceNow group “Device Engineering – OIT” or an email to oitderequest@duke.edu.
