Each year FuquaPride participates in events, such as Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA), which is specifically designed for LGBTQ+ students pursuing their MBA.
Resume Preparation
Members of FuquaPride receive early access to the Career Management Center to strengthen resumes in preparation for early diversity recruiting.
Tailored Interview Practice
FuquaPride coordinates additional interview preparation for those who hit the ground running with applications, so members are best positioned to receive an internship offer. FuquaPride members also receive a Career Mentor to provide tailored career advice in their recruiting journey.
Extensive LGBTQ+ Network
Each year, we welcome many Pride alumni back to Fuqua to share their experiences, provide career insights, and continue our club's legacy of supporting LGBTQ+ professionals.

Preparing for ROMBA
Every year, FuquaPride prepares members for the annual ROMBA conference, where LGBT students network with fellow MBA candidates that identify as LGBTQ+, learn about organizations, and interview for summer internship and full-time positions.
