Remote – CLOZTALK – Nonprofit Database and Outreach

CLOZTALK produces high-quality, charity-branded apparel for 501(c) nonprofits to raise awareness and funds for these great organizations … at no cost to the nonprofit! CLOZTALK promotes the nonprofits by building a customized webstore for each nonprofit and producing cool apparel that is branded with that nonprofit’s name and/or logo: t-shirts, hoodies, track jackets, baseball caps, yoga pants, polo shirts, etc. We partner with more than 330 nonprofits across the country, and we handle the fulfillment of their apparel orders, so the nonprofit can focus its resources and people on serving its mission. Through apparel and the conversations that are sparked, we’ve found our nonprofit partners meet people who need help, volunteers, board members, and donors. Our vision is to change the way people think about the messaging power of their bodies and what they choose to wear every day!!!

Our summer internship is for students to help us identify and reach out to more nonprofits across the country! We currently have a database of nonprofits for some cities, but we need to build a database of nonprofits for each major city in the United States. The database includes items such as nonprofit name, location, 501(c) status, pertinent contact info, etc. Our internship is for students to help reach out to the prospective nonprofits, explain CLOZTALK, and encourage the nonprofit to sign up on our website’s online application. If the student is interested, our internship could also include all aspects of growing CLOZTALK, as we are a startup and welcome all help, teamwork, and positive energy!

We are flexible with start and end dates. Students are expected to work about 10 hours per week. Applicants should email jeff@cloztalk.com.
