SON-IT (School of Nursing, IT) supports all information technology used by students, faculty and staff of the Duke University School of Nursing. The group is divided into four teams:
- IT Service Desk and Infrastructure provides design and support services for all network, desktop and mobile devices owned by the School of Nursing and used for School of Nursing work.
- AV Design and Support manages DUSON classroom AV resources and desktop recording infrastructure.
- Web Application Development creates and deploys educational support and business applications used by DUSON, including TAMS, our application that transforms the way teaching assignments are made.
- Educational Technology works with faculty and staff to build engaging resources for our students.
