Divcast is a podcast of the Admissions Office that gives you an inside look into the Duke Divinity School community. Subscribe if you are interested in learning more about theological education at Duke.
  • Series 2: Conversations with Duke Divinity Alumni showcases candid interviews with Duke Divinity graduates engaged in effective ministry. Host Rev. Todd Maberry asks the question, “how do alumni use their formation at Duke Divinity School to make a difference in the world?”.
  • Series 1: Essential Questions with Duke Divinity Faculty consists of insightful conversations between faculty members who are new to Duke Divinity School in the 2020-2021 academic year and our host, Rev. Todd Maberry, about scholarship, faith, and the journey to Duke.
  • Bonus Admissions Content: Periodically, we will have bonus episodes that give information about the Admissions process at Duke Divinity School. These episodes are helpful for people currently applying to or planning to apply to seminary.

Todd walks with current and future church leaders as they discern their vocation, helps them determine if theological education at Duke Divinity is a part of their calling, and then helps them figure out how to fund their education. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, Todd has served as a community pastor at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection Downtown and has also planted a missional house church in Durham, N.C. Todd attended college at Olivet Nazarene University and has an M.Div. from Duke Divinity School and a M.P.A. from NC State University. Todd is married to Laura, and they have two young daughters.
