Siobhan at ISMR/SSMR

Siobhan Oca attended the International Symposium on Medical Robotics (ISMR), preceded by the Spring School on Medical Robotics (SSMR).  ISMR/SSMR are conferences for medical roboticists and physicians to discuss challenges and solutions to topics including medical imaging, mechanical steering systems, and exoskeletons. Siobhan presented the poster “Challenges in Autonomous IV Insertion” and had an awesome time meeting leaders in the field, participating in workshops on IP and medical imaging, and learning more about the opportunities for discovery in the field.
