We have a special interest in resource limited operations, specifically where mass, volume, power, re-usability, cost, and user requirements of technology have considerations beyond the clinical needs of the patient population.
Examples of resource-limited medical care include human spaceflight, rural medicine, wilderness medicine, or well-resourced academic medical center emergency rooms when dealing with the logistics of operating in the current era of medical care.
