With MXP, publishing pipelines is very easy.
Publishing of an analysis consists of two parts. First, one has to publish how software applications were invoked in order to obtain results. This is equivalent to publishing content of mxp
directory, which is usually done in form of .tar.gz
file. Note that analysis uses non-standard parent pipelines, they should be published as well. Second, one has to provide access to data used for analysis. This is outside of the scope of MXP.
