The TCRN is developing broadly-applicable methodologies intended to transform and improve data dissemination practice in the federal statistical system.  It focuses primarily on three interrelated areas: (i) disseminating public use data with high quality and acceptable disclosure risks, (ii) handling missing data and correcting faulty data in large complex surveys, and (iii) integrating information from multiple data sources.  The TCRN is applying these methodologies to  high-profile Census Bureau data collections, thus creating enhanced products for data used by broad groups of stakeholders. TCRN investigators use these data products to address important scientific and public policy questions, thus leading to better understanding of significant research and policy questions.
