Please visit our project pages below to learn more about the important global issues our students addressed during the Summer STEM Academy. Each project page contains a short video (3-5 minutes) and a detailed project summary.
Along with the technical content instruction, students met with Duke faculty, staff, graduate students, and external colleagues during a ‘Lunchtime Talk’ series. These invited guests talked about their life history (into STEM and related fields), discussed career opportunities and how to design your path through college, and important guidance for young learners embarking on their path in STEM.
