So many great things happened in 2019 and it is not even the end of the year yet. First and foremost, Shannon Dougherty and Austin Maduka joined our lab and are our first PhD students! In addition to them, Blance Cizubu and Lana Gerstein are our new lab technicians. Welcome to the team!
Second, our manuscript on the role of K48 ubiquitin in the degradation of oxidized proteins has been published. Congrats to the Vogel lab, the Choi lab and all the co-authors! https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31482721
We are also starting several collaborations, we have joint lab meetings with the Scaglione lab and it is super exciting to see our projects moving along and the directions for the new year. Stay tuned! More frequent updates on Twitter @TheSilvaLab
