Hi! I’m Amelie, a freshman from Atlanta, Georgia, studying Economics and Public Policy with a certificate in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. I joined Help Desk because I am committed to bridging barriers to resources for underserved communities, and I am looking forward to continuing to serve people I care deeply about while further strengthening my ability to advocate for fairness, access, and opportunity in healthcare. Outside of Help Desk, I’m a violinist with the Duke Symphony Orchestra, a UN Community Service Ambassador, and the founder of Atlanta Music Foundation— I also love to read, ski, and hang out with friends and family! In the future, I hope to work in international policy or consulting with a focus on community resources.
