Class of 2027
My name is Tess, and I just started my journey at Duke in the class of 2027! I am currently undecided in my major but am exploring and experimenting across many disciplines. I became a Help Desk Volunteer to serve my community right here in Durham. I hope to have a tangible impact on this great city from my first day in the emergency room. I believe that understanding the social determinants of health on a local level is crucial to transforming our national healthcare system. In my free time, I love to cook, read, and play basketball. I also have a special knack for Bananagrams!
