Hey! My name is Catherine Papa, I am a biomedical engineering major and plan to be on the pre-med track. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and am fluent in English and Spanish. I enjoy playing lacrosse and hiking in my free time, but I also love a good homemade meal . I think joy and support are the two things lacking in the hospital system, two things that I want to bring to the Help Desk. I want to create genuine connections and relationships with patients to help cultivate a more holistic healthcare experience for patients, especially marginalized ones. I am excited to connect to Durham and the community around me!
