Evolutionary Anthropology, Class of 2024
I am a senior at Duke majoring in Evolutionary Anthropology with minors in Music and Chemistry. I wanted to become a Help Desk Volunteer so that I could utilize my Latino ethnicity to give back to the Durham community that took me in during my time at Duke. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how resource navigation works for underserved and underrepresented communities and take those insights with me on my journey through medical school and beyond. I enjoy drinking specialty coffee, doing street photography, and playing the classical guitar in my spare time. I plan to matriculate into medical school in 2025 and hope to become a surgeon after my medical training.
