Hi there! My name is Preston, and I am a junior majoring in biochemistry with a minor in economics. I spend most of my time doing research on G Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) signal transduction for the Duke Cardiovascular Research Center and forwarding student concerns as the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Duke Student Government. I love exploring Durham’s food scene, skiing, and hiking around Duke’s campus. After I graduate, I plan on joining an M.D.,Ph.D. program to train as a physician-scientist.
