Chemistry (B.S.), Class of 2026
I am a second-year student from San Francisco majoring in Chemistry and Biology. I am currently doing olfaction research with the Matsunami Lab in the Duke School of Medicine, and I plan to pursue a career in medicine and research. As a volunteer with Help Desk, I am excited to directly help patients address their social and healthcare needs and ultimately improve their quality of life. This is a valuable experience where I can serve the community, while also gaining awareness of social determinants of healthcare and insight on how to interact with and serve others. In my spare time, I love to sing with the Duke Chorale, go to Duke Basketball games, admire the plants and flowers at the Duke Gardens, and attend various club activities.
