As a member of the Latinx Community and a student with a low income and first generation status, I really enjoy speaking with Spanish speaking patients. I enjoy applying to my background and my cultural comprehension to help Spanish speaking patients in any way that I can. It’s always interesting hearing others stories and tailoring referrals to their specific needs. Being a part of Help Desk is an amazing experience I’m glad to be a part of.
