My name is Ishaan Brar, and I am a second-year studying Global Health and Psychology with a certificate in Health Policy on the Pre-Med Track. Having volunteered at Healthy Access Organizations in my hometown, I am excited to help reduce barriers to health access here in Durham. I hope to learn more about and support the Durham Community by being a Help Desk member, as well as gaining clinical experiencing and interacting directly with patients. Beyond Academics, I am also involved with Duke Remote Area Medical, and Duke Student Government, and enjoy I enjoy going for walks and baking with friends. In the future, I look forward to being a physician and working to bring resources to communities who need them.
