Rebecca Byrd, PT, DPT is the clinic operations supervisor at Duke Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and is a certified clinical specialist in cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy. She has treated people with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions for over 17 years with a special interest in lung transplantation. Rebecca has presented at local and national conferences. She has several research publications on the topics of rehabilitation, lung transplantation and balance. She assists with teaching at Duke’s DPT program. She is the residency co-coordinator and a mentor for the outpatient lung transplant.
