I was drawn to Duke’s pediatric physical therapy residency because of the extensive opportunities and experiences in various settings of pediatric physical therapy. I admire how Duke’s pediatric PT residency prioritizes improving patient care through mentorship and clinical experience within the residency, as this was very important to me as a new grad when researching residency programs. I am most looking forward to connecting with families and children and providing them optimal care to meet their needs. I am excited to grow as a clinician through the mentorship and guidance of my program’s mentors. In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with loved ones, running, going to spin classes or pilates, and trying new restaurants.
