Nia Collins, PT, DPT, NCS is a Senior Level I physical therapist at Duke University Hospital. She is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Duke University in 2022 and has been working at Duke University Hospital ever since. In additional to working on the neurology ICU and step-down floors, she has experience working on the gen med and spine units. Nia assists with several classes in the DPT program at Duke as a teaching assistant, is a Level I Credentialed Clinical Instructor, and enjoys teaching and learning from students. She has clinical interests in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuro-oncology, and critical care.
