Lauren Bauer, PT, DPT, WCS, OncCS, CLT (she/her) is a physical therapist with Duke Health. She is a board-certified women’s health and oncologic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University and completed the Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency at Duke University. She is a mentor for the Duke Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency program, co-founder of the Duke Gender Medicine Physical Therapy team, teaching/lab assistant for the Duke Doctor of Physical Therapy Women’s Health elective, staff mentor for the Duke PT/OT clinical observation elective in oncology rehabilitation and involved in various pelvic health and oncology research projects at Duke. Her areas of clinical practice include pelvic health, oncology, lymphedema and gender medicine rehabilitation.
